Your medication and the routine you already follow.

One recorded routine. A more practical day.
Ouro turns your recorded medication routine into practical meals, reminders, progress insights, and preparation for what comes next.
Plan around the weekly shot or daily medication schedule you already follow, then keep meals, groceries, hydration, symptoms, strength, progress, and appointments connected.

Ouro connects the whole routine—not just the log.
A schedule becomes context. Context shapes today's plan. The plan carries into groceries, tracking, review, and the next conversation with your care team.
Meals, recipes, groceries, travel, and eating out.
Food, fluids, symptoms, movement, strength, and weight.
Progress, patterns, labs, maintenance, and visit preparation.
Start with the schedule you already follow.
Ouro supports weekly injections, daily injections, and daily pills. Record the routine provided by your prescriber, then see timing, history, supply, and practical reminders in one place.
- Weekly injections, daily injections, daily pills, compounded options, and custom regimens
- Dose date, time, amount, notes, history, and next-dose countdown
- Injection-site history and site-rotation support
- Medication supply, doses remaining, refill timing, and projected depletion
- Dose, phase, refill, and supply reminders

Plan for the appetite and routine you have today.
Ouro does more than visualize a cycle. It uses the medication schedule you record to organize meals and portions for today—and, with Plus, the week ahead and the grocery trip that makes it practical.
- A personalized plan for today, shaped by your recorded schedule
- Meal selection, portions, and protein emphasis that adapt across the dose cycle
- Preferences for eating style, avoided foods, cooking, nutrition targets, and symptoms
- Complete recipes with portions and ingredients, plus easy meal swaps
- A seven-day plan and aisle-organized grocery list with Ouro Plus
- Travel mode and practical eating-out playbooks
Capture the signals that make the plan useful.
Log in the way that fits the moment. Ouro keeps the useful details close without turning the day into a spreadsheet.
Search it, scan it, say it, or snap it.
Find foods, scan barcodes, use voice search, adjust servings, or estimate a meal from a photo. Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre, beverages, and water.
- Recent foods, favorites, and editable portions
- Protein consistency and logging streaks
- Custom calorie, protein, and hydration targets
- Metric and US units
Keep symptoms beside the rest of the day.
Record nausea, appetite, energy, bloating, constipation, heartburn, fatigue, and other symptoms, with notes and history. Logged symptoms can help shape meal suggestions.
- Practical guides for common GLP-1 experiences
- Warning signs and prompts to seek professional care
- Symptom history for later review
Get a useful nudge only when it makes sense.
Set dose, phase, refill, and supply reminders, plus conditional hydration or protein checks when your logged totals are behind pace.
- Separate switches for every reminder category
- Milestone, streak, and return-to-routine notes
- Discreet Lock Screen wording
- On-device evaluation for conditional reminders

See more than a number on the scale.
Bring weight, body measurements, strength, symptoms, consistency, and activity into one longer-term view—then shift the emphasis toward maintenance when that becomes the goal.
Weight, body composition + strength
Log weight, waist and other measurements, waist-to-hip ratio, body fat, lean mass, and strength sessions. Track duration, effort, focus, lifts, weekly goals, streaks, and volume.
Patterns + maintenance
Review adherence, protein consistency, symptoms, plateaus, goal milestones, preferred weight ranges, days in range, and weight-drift alerts.
Deeper Plus views
Muscle Guard combines logged protein, strength, loss pace, and body-composition information. Plus also adds fat-versus-lean visualization, weekly recaps, and published-trial comparison overlays.
Use what you record to prepare for what comes next.
Ouro is built to answer practical forward-looking questions—from what to discuss at an appointment to how your progress looks over time.
Progress photos
Keep front, side, and back photos in a local-only timeline, optionally protected with Face ID or a passcode. Compare two photos side by side; Plus adds export and sharing.
Progress photos are not included in cloud backup.Labs + appointment reports
Record lab values, units, reference ranges, notes, and panels. Build a 30-, 60-, or 90-day report from doses, weight, symptoms, labs, and questions you want to bring to your appointment.
Ouro flags values only against the reference ranges you enter; it does not interpret or diagnose lab results.Ask Ouro
Ask questions grounded in the doses, food, fluids, weight, symptoms, and progress you record. Use suggested questions, voice input, or optional natural spoken replies.
